Damage to port facilities and port equipment Compensation for property damages and theft losses of port equipment in the Insurance port facilities and port equipment within the protected areas
Liabilities and expenses to third parties Compensation for damages incurred by a Insurance contractor's legal liabilities resulting from the injuries of others or the losses or damages of another property
Liabilities and expenses for cargo Compensation for accidental damages and losses of cargoes within the port facilities
Liabilities for mistakes and omissions Compensation for legal liabilities borne by Insurance contractors due to negligence, mistake and omission
Penalty Compensation for penalties for the violation of the laws and regulations regarding the import and export of cargoes, immigration control and pollution
Sue and labor expenses Compensation for reasonable expenses spent to prevent and mitigate damages arising from security risks

Premium

  • (Port facilities and port equipment) Based on reasonable grounds such as 'reprocurement price' or 'market price', the Insurance amount shall be determined and the amount desired by the Insurance contractors within the range of US$10 million.
  • (Damage liabilities and other expenses) Amount desired by Insurance contractors within the range of US$10 million
